Present application has been moved for relaxation of bail condition to the extent that whereby the petitioners were directed to remain within the jurisdiction of Bolpur Sub-Division and to report to the Officer-in-Charge, once in a week under whose jurisdiction they shall henceforth reside. Let learned counsel submits that petitioners have so far complied with the order of this court. It has been further submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore the bail condition may be modified. 2. Let the State filed the report. 3.
