The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 25(1-B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.324/2025, by order dated 07.04.2025 with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months. On 21.10.2024 at 7.30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have shot the father of the informant, due to which, he sustained firearm injuries. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about ten months. It was further submitted that injured is also having criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Bankmore P.S.
