Inviting attention of this Court towards the contents of the affidavit, she submits that though, the petitioner’s services were [2025:RJ-JP:27666] (2 of 2) [CW-10364/2025] temporarily discontinued on account of non-sanctioning of budget for the financial year 2025-26 under the Mukhya Mantri Nishulk Janch Yojna but, later on, the budget was sanctioned on the same day whereupon, the petitioner was permitted to resume his duties without interruption and is continuing as such.
