The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 22.10.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 24992 of 2024. It has been stated that the condition prescribed in the order dated 22.10.2024 for stay of the order challenged in the writ petition has not been fulfilled by the opposite party. The applicant has the remedy to proceed with the execution of the order passed by this authorities as the stay order may not be operative because of the failure of the opposite party to fulfill the condition prescribed in the order itself. It is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
