On 08.05.2024 the petitioner along with co-accused are said to have assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injury. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegations against the accused persons. It was further submitted that the informant has not sustained grievous injury. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 7797/2024.
