ORDER:-
Petitioner addressed a letter dated 02.09.2025 to Sri Muchakayala Narayana, learned counsel for petitioner, stating that respondents are intending to redress his grievance and requested the
learned counsel to withdraw the writ petition. Basing on the said letter,
learned counsel for petitioner addressed a letter dated 08.09.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking to list the matter under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
2. Accordingly, the matter is listed today i.e., on 10.09.2025 under the caption ‘for withdrawal’. There is no representation on behalf of
learned counsel for petitioner.
3. However, basing on the above letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
