Along with the Memo, copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner No.1 and the letter addressed by the petitioner No.2, requesting the counsel to withdraw this criminal petition, have been enclosed. In view of the said Memo, the matter is listed today under the caption ‘For Withdrawal’. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners reiterates the request for withdrawal of the criminal petition insofar as petitioner No.2 is concerned. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition stands dismissed as abated as against the petitioner No.1 and is dismissed as withdrawn insofar as the petitioner No.2 is concerned. 6.
