Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being troubled by the respondents 3 and 4 at behest of respondents 5 to 8. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, the police have not called the petitioner to the police station and that the police would not call the petitioner without any rhyme or reason. 4. Be that as it may, the respondents 3 and 4 are hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
