The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in visiting the house of the petitioner and demanding the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.1,36,000/- in lieu of gold ornaments. It is submitted that an unsolved case was registered in the year 2019 and in that regard; the petitioner is troubled though the petitioner is not a co-accused. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, Crime No.116 of 2019 was registered under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC and the petitioner has purchased the gold from the accused and in that regard, the petitioner was required to appear and assist the investigation. 4.
