None appeared on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3. It has been submitted by Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the process of mediation, the parties have amicably settled the dispute. The settlement agreement dated 20-11-2025 arrived at by the parties are as under:- “Settlement Agreement Imphal, 20th November, 2025 As directed by the Hon.ble High Court order dated 08.08.2025 passed in WP (C) No. 706 of 2024, all the parties from both the sides were present in person for I (one) session of mediation on 04/09/2025, 19/09/25, 14/10/25, 29/10/25 and 20/11/25 agreed to the following terms and conditions to bring about an amicable solution to the above mentioned Writ Petition. The parties agreed to the following terms and condition: That the 1 party. Shri Mutum Shyamsunder Singh. Petitioner agrees to close the above mentioned Writ Petition as his pay of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) for 4 (four) month from May, 2025 to August, 2025 are being paid by the Respondent Nos. 2 und 3. That, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 also agreed the pending arrears of pay/salary shall be paid after verification from the Office records and same is accepted by the Petitioner That the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 also agreed to pay the regular pay/salary of the Petitioner for every 4 (four) months together as soon as OE is sanctioned by Respondent No I to respondent No. 2 and 3.
