The instant petition has been filed with a limited prayer to direct the respondent to consider and decide the representation Annexure P-1 in a time bound manner in accordance with the transfer policy of the State. 3. The petitioner is stated to have completed his normal tenure in hard area i.e. Education Block Chowari, District Chamba and Education Block Drang-2, District Mandi. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? He seeks his transfer to the places of his choice details of which have been mentioned in his representation, Annexure P-1. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner, Annexure P-1 within three weeks from today strictly in terms of the transfer policy adopted by the State Government. 5.
