The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 21(b) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 42.81 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of the petitioner and another co-accused person. It was further submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Dinesh Kumar Ram has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7043/2025. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with Argora P.S.
