GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal bearing No.Rc.No.1556/D2/2019 filed by the petitioner on the file of the 3rd respondent has not been disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 18.07.2024 requesting the authority to dispose of the 3 appeal. In fact, the District Revenue Officer, Ananthapuramu, issued a notice dated 21.03.2025 (Ex.P.3) directing the parties to attend the inquiry on 28.03.2025. However, the appeal has not been disposed of. 4. Learned AGP would submit that the appeal is now pending before the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntakallu Division, and the 3rd respondent will dispose of the appeal. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Rc.No.1556/D2/2019, strictly as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
