Pertin, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 to 10; Mr. G. Baishya, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. R.L. Thungon, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No. 11. 2. Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court on 06.11.2025, the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have filed a consolidated affidavit. 3. Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have instructed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition. 4. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed on withdrawal. Page No.# 5/5 5. Mr. D. Panging, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners however would like to challenge the communication dated 03.03.2022. 6.
