The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.15 of 2024, arising out of Pindrajora P.S. Case No.264 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(B)(II)(A)/22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act., pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. It was submitted that 1.899 Kg. of cannabis was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph-12 of the Bail Application. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro, in connection with N.D.P.S.
