The office note shows that the said proposed legal representatives have been served. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the said legal representatives. 2. Mr. S.T. Harkare, learned counsel, appears for one legal representative, namely, Santosh S/o Shambhu Shegokar. However, he states that he has no instructions to appear for the remaining legal representatives. Mr. Harkare has no objection to allow both civil applications. 3. In that view of the matter, both the civil applications are allowed. The delay caused in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record is condoned. 4.
