The above writ petition has been filed impugning the letter addressed by respondent No.11 to respondent No.7 vide SL.Nill/2025 dated 16.06.2025 (Ex.P11), requesting the latter to cancel the registrations made in favour of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners ^ I purchased the property under three registered sale deeds dated 27.06.2007, ^ 11.07.2011 and 19.05.2007. He would submit that when an auction conducted in respect of land of an extent of Ac. 10-40 cents in survey No.489/1, situated at Peddapasapula village, Peddamudium Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, purchased by the petitioners under the aforementioned sale deeds, the petitioners filed W.P.No.12214 of 2014 against the Principal Secretary, Endowments Department and others. An interim order was granted on 01.10.2024. The petitioners also filed W.P.No.15287 of 2025 challenging the auction advertisement. was 4. Be that as it may, respondent No. 11 requested respondent No.7 to cancel the pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued in favour of the petitioners. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that respondent No. 11 addressed a letter to respondent No.7, and respondent Page 4 of S W.P.No.17197 No.7 is yet to act upon the same. Respondent No.7 will follow the due procedure contemplated under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short ‘the Act’) and the Rules made therein. Given the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without touching the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing learned respondent No.7 to adhere to the procedure contemplated under the Act and the Rules made therein, regarding the request made by respondent No. 11 vide letter SL.Nill/2025 dated 16.06.2025 (Ex.P11).
