2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of land to an extent of Ac.0.32 cents and Ac.0.24 cents situated in Sy.No.724/A and 705/B2/A and Ac.0.31 cents and Ac.0.24 cents situated in Sy.No.724/B and 705/B2/B respectively at Chinnathippasamudram
5 (CTM), Madanapalle Mandal, Annamayya District, having acquired the same through their ancestors, who acquired the subject property through registered sale deeds in the year 1952 and
1953. After demise of the ancestors of the petitioners, the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that erroneously without considering the nature of the subject land, the respondent authorities have included the subject property in the list of prohibitory property list under Section 22-A(1)(a) of Registration Act. Even though the petitioners submitted the applications for deletion of the same on 04.02.2025 and 05.02.2025, the respondents 2 and 3 neither considered the applications of the petitioners nor issued any other proceedings so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents furnished written instructions of 4‘^ respondent dated 02.07.2025, wherein it is stated as follows; The lands in Sy.No.705B/2 and 724 measuring extents Ac. 1.08 and 0.48 cents respectively are classified as ‘Government Porambokes’ as per Village Diglot and stands recorded as ‘Reserved’ in column. Subsequently, ayan conversion of the subject have been ordered in the years 1934 and 1925 respectively vide proceedings of the Collector noted against each in the below Table. SI. Sy.No. Ext(Ac.) 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue further submits that if the petitioners submit the relevant documents and title deeds to claim their title over the property, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Considering the

learned counsel and on perusal the material on record and on perusal of the written instructions of 4*^ respondent, this Court is of the view to

7 dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 herein to consider the representations/ e-seva applications for deletion of subject property from the prohibited list under Section 22- A of Registration Act after submission of relevant documents by the petitioners. The petitioners are
directed to submit the relevant documents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of three months. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
