Learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that the suit is pending since 2019 and since 15.05.2023 suit is pending at the stage of plaintiff evidence. 3. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff and the fact that the suit is pending since 2019, this Court deems just and proper to direct the Court below to dispose the suit proceedings as early as possible, strictly in accordance with law.
