1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.88/2025, registered at Police Station – Bankimongra District – Korba (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 331(3), 75(2), 351(2) of BNS. As per the prosecution story, on 04.05.2025, while she was taking bath in bathroom, at that time, the applicant entered into the bathroom and pressed her chest, which was objected by her, upon which, the applicant has threatened her and when the prosecutrix raised alarm, the applicant went out from the bathroom. On the basis of said report, the alleged offences have been registered against the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the prosecutrix is the sister-in-law of the applicant and applicant has never outraged the modesty of the prosecutrix. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the present applicant.
4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and submits that looking to the overt-act applicant is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and material available on record in the case diary and also looking to the overt-act of the applicant, who is her brother-in-law (Nandoi) as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the applicant– Raju Kumar Singh Rajput, filed under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 involved in Crime No.88/2025, registered at Police Station–Bankimongra District – Korba (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 331(3), 75(2), 351(2) of BNS, is rejected.
8. After passing of the order Mr. Purushottam Suryavanshi,
