Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioners to the police station at behest of 5th respondent and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the issue between the petitioners and 5th respondent. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that, the police received a complaint from the 5th respondent and enquiry was conducted in accordance with law. In that regard, the petitioner was also called to the police station. Thereafter, the police have identified that civil dispute is pending between the petitioners and the 5th respondent and advised both the parties to resolve their dispute before the competent Court. 4.
