The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.272 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 08.03.2025 at about 5:15 P.M., Karra police intercepted this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons while they were travelling on a motorcycle near Ronhe forest area. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons, while a mobile phone was recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about five months. It was further submitted that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.272 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
