This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/ applicant, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Mahadevpur P.S. Case No. 27/2025, under Sections 115(2) of BNS read with Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959. 3. The petitioner was granted interim pre-arrest bail on 27.10.2025. The applicant is an Assistant Engineer and the informant is a junior Engineer. 4. The case diary is received. 5. Pursuant to grant of interim, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has also been recorded. It is also revealed from the case diary that the nature of the injury sustained was simple in nature. 6. In the circumstances, the interim pre-arrest bail deserves to be made absolute. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 27.10.2025 is hereby made absolute, with the following conditions:- (i) that the applicant shall co-operate with the remaining part of the investigation; (ii) that the applicant shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. 7.
