TO ISSUE an appropriate order/direction to the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (North) Allahabad to decide the Motor Accident Claim Petition [M.A.C.P.] No.625/2016 (Smt. Vibha Rai & others Vs Pawan Kumar Pandey and others) pending before him preferably on day-to-day basis within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Motor Accident Claims Petition is pending consideration since 2016 before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Tribunal concerned to decide the pending Motor Accident Claim Petition [M.A.C.P.] No.625/2016 (Smt. Vibha Rai & others Vs Pawan Kumar Pandey and others) after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
