Tiwari, Special P.P. --- 03 / 25.02.2025 Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B 66C, and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 02.11.2024 at 12.00 noon, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Karmatanr in village Sinderjori and apprehended these petitioners along with co-accused persons on suspicion that they were involved in cyber offence. On search, mobile phones and e-gadgets were recovered from the possession of the accused persons. 4. It was submitted that no witness has come forward to claim that the petitioners have cheated anyone. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P after going through the case diary, did not dispute this fact. 2. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
