Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 212 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, pending in the court of Smt. Annulica Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. During the intervening period of 16/17.12.2023, Rangdari was demanded from the Supervisor of L & T Company, which was carrying out the construction work near Bishrampur Kudwa-More from a mobile phone bearing No. 8603227406. 4. It was submitted that the said mobile number does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Manoj Kumar and Shivpujan Munda have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
