The notice in respect of the respondents 5 to 10 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting the right or interest of respondents 5 to 2. 10. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are trying to dispossess him of an extent of Ac 0.25 cents in Sy.No.213/2-3 of Thimmayapalem Village, Vinukonda Mandal, Palnadu District, without following due process, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner got the property by way of inheritance. Respondents 3 and 4 are trying to dispossess the petitioner. 3. 4. In support of the claim of the petitioner, the Adangal downloaded on 12.05.2025 as Ex.P1,s Form-1-B dated 08.05.2025 as Ex.P2 and the Pattadar Pass Book dated 28.06.2007 as Ex.P3 were filed. 5. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submitted instructions of the Tahsildar, Vinukonda-4*^ respondent. In the instructions, it was mentioned as follows: 6. “Upon verification with the current Fasli Webland Adangal, it has been observed that the applicant’s name is recorded with an extent of Ac. 4 0.25 cents in Sy.No.213-2-3 of Timmayapalem Village, with Katha No.2018. Furthermore, it has been noted that Sy.No.216/1, measuring an extent of Ac. 2.90 cents, is recorded as Donka Poramboke with Katha No.20001302. As per the assignment registers, it is clear that the Ac. 2.90 cents has never been assigned. However, it is submitted that the Revenue Divisional officer, Narasaraopet, and the Tahsildar, Vinukonda (Respondent Nos.3 and 4), have neither interfered with nor dispossessed the petitioner from the said land, as alleged in the writ petition.” 7. A perusal of the instructions would indicate that the respondents 3 and 4 are not interfering with the petitioner’s possession of an extent of Ac 0.25 cents in Sy.No.213/2-3 of Thimmayapalem Village, Vinukonda Mandal, Palnadu District. 8. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at tN, adjijnis^ion stage with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession of land of an extent of Ac 0.25 cents in Sy.No.213/2-3 of Thimmayapalem Village, Vinukonda Mandal, Palnadu District, without following due process.
