In the said auction, the petitioner participated and was the successful bidder for Plot No.CS24 measuring an extent of 338 sq.ft., for an amount of Rs.10,40,000/-.” Similarly, paragragh-2 of the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.3806 of 2024 shall read as follows:- “2. The case of the petitioner is that respondents 1 to 3 had called for public auction to sell their unsold plots at Paruthipattu Village, Avadi.
