Mahto, Advocate ---- 04/08.09.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.21 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(B)(C)(D) of I.T. Act pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused and the allegations are made that the petitioner has fled away from the spot. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as he has been instructed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:27126 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5124 of 2025 and submits that the petitioner has fled away from the spot after seeing the police party. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the sim card recovered from the place of occurrence is not in the name of the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.21 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sangam/
