The name of the applicant Soceity is Yobin Welfare Society, which was inadvertently mentioned as All Yobin Welfare Society in the connected writ petition which was disposed of by an order dated 11.11.2025 passed in WP(C) 519/2025. 3. In this regard the learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the certificate of Registration of the applicant’s Society under the Society’s Registration Act, 1860 as modified. 4. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for allowing the applicant to amend the cause title of the disposed of writ petition. Page No.# 3/3 5. Having heard the learned Senior Govt. Advocate and the learned standing counsel for the Election Commissioner, the prayer made in this application stands allowed as the amendment of the cause title would not prejudice any of the parties. 6. The applicant shall file an amended cause title of WP(C) 519/2025 before the Registry at Itanagar Permanent Bench within next seven working days. On receipt of the same, the CIS system would be updated. Thereupon the name of the applicant/ petitioner’s Society namely, All Yobin Welfare Society appearing in WP(C) 519/2025 shall be read as Yobin Welfare Society for all intents and purposes. 7.
