Mohammad Ishaq in a time bound manner. 2. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a request before the Court concerned for expeditious disposal. 3. There is no doubt in the eventuality of petitioner making a prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit, the Court concerned shall make an endeavor to decide the suit expeditiously in accordance with law, taking into consideration that the petitioner is a senior citizen and also the provisions of Section 15 (5) of the [2025:RJ-JP:29059] (2 of 2) [CW-11030/2025] Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001.
