Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar & Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for respondent-State. While placing on record communication dated 18.01.2025, issued under the signatures of Secretary (Transport) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, pension allowance @ 5%, 10% & 15% on attaining the age of 65, 70 & 75 years, respectively along with arrear from the date of eligibility to the eligible pensioner mentioned in COPC (T) N. 393 of 2020 in OA No. 2929 of 2015, has already been released. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexued therewith, which are taken on record, this Court finds that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, pension allowance, as detailed hereinabove, has already been released in favour of the applicant/petitioner. In view of above, no action of respondents can be said to be contumacious and accordingly, present application is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant/petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. March 18, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), (sunil) Judge
