The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 04/2023 arising out of Jamua P.S. Case No. 315/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 20(6)/(B)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Giridih. 3. It was submitted that this is case of misuse of privilege of bail for a period of one year five months. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for three months. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
