Heard Sri J. Pavan Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a counter case to the case lodged against the respondent No.2 by the petitioner in Crime No. 276 of 2024. This case is lodged against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 126(2), 351(2) of BNS. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the petitioner/accused before the Trial Court, since he is residing at Hyderabad. Considering the submissions made, case lodged against the respondent No.2 by the stage for quashment of the case. However, the petitioner since it is a counter case to the petitioner, this is not the is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in his defence.
