Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J The State has instituted this petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act in short) against the Arbitral Award dated 14.09.2023, whereunder against the claimed amount of Rs.36,24,855/- an amount of Rs.29,46,735/- was allowed to the respondent-claimant. 2. In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction under notification dated 17.10.2022 read with corrigendum dated 6.12.2022, instant objection petition is not maintainable before this Court.
