Cr.MP No.3767 of 2025 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to correct the FIR number as mentioned in the opening paragraph and also in paragraph No.17 of the judgment dated 20.05.2025. It has been prayed that in the said judgment, due to typographical error, number of the FIR has been mentioned as ‘115 dated 13.09.2024’, instead of ‘150 dated 28.11.2024’. The application, being formal in nature, is considered and allowed. The number of FIR in the opening para and para 17 of the judgment dated 20.05.2025, be now read as ‘FIR No.150 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024’, instead of ‘FIR No.115 of 2024, dated 13.09.2024’.
