It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel that in view of the said order issued by the Government cancelling the extension of the service of the private respondent No. 4, the present writ petition can be closed as infructuous. Mr. H. Debendra, learned Deputy AG and Ms. Nikita, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection.
