In this petition the petitioner has challenge the order dated 13.02.2023, whereby the private respondent No. 7 has been temporarily nominated as Lambardar of Village Ghari, Tehsil Rajgarh, and District Ramban for a period of six month only. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to conduct the election of Lambardar for Village Ghari, Tehsil Rajgarh, and District Ramban, within some stipulated time. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to conduct the elections for post of Lambardar for Village Ghari, Tehsil Rajgarh, and District Ramban, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
