The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 111/2024, for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, (Deoghar). 3. On 27.08.2024, at about 06:30 p.m., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Pathrol High School. Accused persons looted his bag containing documents. 4. It was submitted that the looted bag was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6.
