Mishra, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 16.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, correspondent to G.R. Case No.170 of 2023, S.T. Case No.283 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a/25(1-A)/26/27/35 of the Arms Act, Sections 10/13 of U.A.P Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, thereafter charge has been framed under Sections 147, 148, 307, 149, 353 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Camp Court Charadharpur, Chaibasa. On 01.12.2020 at about 7:00 P.M., Bandgaon Police, on the basis of confidential information that some ultras had assembled in the forest area of Bandgaon, went to the place of occurrence. On seeing the police party, the miscreants started firing upon them. Subsequently, after being over powered, the miscreants fled away. It was submitted that no police person was injured in the said occurrence. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of fact that accused persons were calling each other by name. It appears that co-accused namely Maskalan Sirum has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 7243 of 2021 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Camp Court Charadharpur, Chaibasa, in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, correspondent to G.R. Case No.170 of 2023, S.T. Case No.283 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
