The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(4) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and 25(b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 05.01.2025, at about 11:10 A.M., Patratu police on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals have assembled at Alexa Resort, Patratu, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended co-accused persons. On search, fire arms were recovered from the vehicle in which the accused persons were travelling. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that co-accused persons who were apprehended at the place of occurrence have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh in connection with Patratu P.S.
