At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved a representation raising all her grievances before the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, District - Jashpur (respondent No.3 herein) vide Annexure P-3 dated 05/05/2025 and the Chief Executive Officer may be directed to decide the same within a reasonable time frame. 3. Considering the above submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Chief Executive Officer, District – Jashpur to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 5. Consequently I.A. No. 02.2025, (application for urgent hearing) and I.A.
