Heard Sri. Kiran Kumar P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have perused the representation of the petitioner dated 17th July, 2024 (Annexure-A), wherein, the petitioner had stated that the land in question has been granted in favour of the father of the petitioner by the competent authority. However, on careful examination of Annexure-C, the same would indicate that the land has been leased out in favour of the father of the petitioner by the respondent-Authorities. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, there is no grant made in favour of the father of the petitioner. Hence, directing the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17th July, 2024 (Annexure-A) to issue Saguvali Chit does not arise. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE ARK List No.: 1 Sl No.: 24
