Crl.M.P.No.2759 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.766 of 2025 ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.766 of 2025 on 10.01.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(c) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.766 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
