ORDER 24.11.2025 Heard Mr. B. R. Das, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants. Also heard Mr. M. Tangzang, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company.
2. By order dated 24.11.2025 passed in I.A.(C)/234(AP)/2025, this Court
directed the respondent/Insurance Company to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court.
3. By filing this application, the applicants/claimants prays for release of the said 50% of the deposited amount, to which the learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company has raised no objection. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
4. The Registry is hereby directed to release the deposited amount to the applicants/claimants, namely Mrs. Sunu Singpho and Sri Rojim Gam Singpho, upon execution of an indemnity bond of like amount, after proper verification and identification by their advocate.
