Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 53 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 281, 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 20.06.2025, Deori Police intercepted a Pick-up van at Sukhaljoriya-Bengabad Main Road, Deori. On search, 1008 bottles of English liquor were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is driver of the said vehicle and he is in custody since 21.06.2025. It was further submitted that the petitioner was transporting illegal liquor on the instruction of the owner of the said vehicle. It was finally submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, or her successor, in connection with Deori P.S.
