Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is an employee of company, he is in custody since 23.12.2024 and the charge-sheet has already been filed against him. He further submits that offences levelled against the peti- tioner are triable by Magistrate, the trial of the case will take con- siderable time, and further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail. [2025:RJ-JP:23288] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-281/2025] 3. Per contra, learned Government Advocate has opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard and considered the contentions made by the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and also the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner, the petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2024, offences levelled against the petitioner are tri- able by Magistrate, the trial of the case will take considerable time and further that there is no criminal antecedent against the peti- tioner, hence, without commenting any opinion on the merits/de- merits of the case, I deem it fit and proper to allow this bail appli- cation. 6. The bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that the accused-petitioner Neeraj S/o Satyavir shall be re- leased on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipula- tion that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so. 7. The petitioner shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. 9. If any breach of these conditions is reported or come to the notice of the Court, the same shall alone be a reason for the Trial Court to cancel the bail granted to him by this Court. 10. In case, the petitioner fails to mark his presence in the concerned police station, the concerned SHO is directed to immediately report the matter to the concerned Court in this regard.
