In this writ petition, petitioner has assailed order dt. 06.01.2022 passed by the 5th Respondent debarring the petitioner from participating in tenders issued by the said respondent without specifying any limit for the same. In effect, this amounts to blacklisting of the petitioner for life, which the Supreme Court has deprecated in the case of M/s. Chauhan Builders Raibareli Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors, Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.32840 of 2020, dt. 16.08.2022. 3. Since the petitioner had already suffered the said order for more than three years, we direct that the said order dt. 06.01.2022 will not operate from the date of pronouncement of the order in this writ petition. 4.
