Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Burmamines P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 52 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim, due to which, she became pregnant. 4. It was submitted that the statement of the victim and the Informant has been recorded during the trial and they have not supported the prosecution case. 5. From perusal of the statement of the victim and the Informant, it appears that both these witnesses have been declared hostile. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur in connection with Burmamines P.S.
