Court, Narasaraopeta, under section 5(5) of ROR Act as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time and also to maintain status quo pending appeal on the file of the RDO Court Narasaraopeta vide Appeal No. 01/2025 and pass....” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for Revenue. 3. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents,/ more particularly, respondent No.3 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeal No.01 of 2025, preferred by the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents readily agreed to dispose of the appeal pending with them in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the Appeal, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months.
